Project Scope: Remax Cairns needed a website that would enhance their profile in the highly competitive real estate sector. As part of a highly successful, international organisation they needed a site that illustrated the qualities that set them apart from similar companies. The site needed to reflect Remax's emphasis on the agents as the most important part of the company. By focusing the home page on the people who make up Remax Cairns, the RuttenTech team fulfilled this brief. 

The site had to accurately reflect any and all changes that were occurring within the company and the market. Therefore,  the Remax staff wanted to be able to update their site easily and efficiently. RuttenTech assisted the staff to independently update and maintain the site by creating a dynamic, client friendly, flexible site and provided expert, face to face training.

Remax Cairns also needed to link it's clients to other real estate web services. They chose premier real estate site, realestate.com.au which provides a national database of properties from a large number of competing agents. RuttenTech enabled Remax Cairns' clients to utilise realestate.com.au yet search only Remax listings. Remax Cairns staff update their property portfolios on realestate.com.au, which allows clients to access accurate, and constantly updated information through the Remax Cairns' site.

Responding to the fast pace of the real estate market, RuttenTech was able to work within the tight time schedule forwarded by Remax Cairns. The team were also able to provide wider support to Remax Cairns through the provision of all their hosting and email needs.
