ClientNeils Organics is a Cairns based business providing quality organic and Bio-dymanic produce since 2002. The business has grown over the years from a simple stand at local markets (Rusties & Atherton) to a Organic "Supermarket" in North Cairns which provides fresh produce and a range of packaged organic and bio-dynamic foods. Service Date2009 Project OverviewNeil & Norma approached RuttenTech to help them with their online marketing strategies. The had already established some comprehensive customer relationship management tools that had an in-store focus - and were looking to extend this to their online environment. Their new site has the facilities for them to add news, tips and recipes. The site also features an online newsletter system which allows site visitors to subscribe themselves to updates. The newsletters are fast and easy to use, which means that Neil and Norma can spend more time on running their business not their website!
