Thank you so much to all our lovely clients who emailled and sent other messages to wish us luck and see how we fared after Cyclone Yasi.
We are back in the office now - all up and running as normal. The office itself suffered only cosmetic damage - nothing a mop and bucket wouldn't fix. As for our staff and their houses it seems that cleaning up the garden and putting the house back to normal (returning from "bunker mode") are the biggest jobs.
Our thoughts and best wishes go out to all those still affected - those without power, water and a familiar roof to sleep under. |

The RuttenTech offices will be closed from Tuesday afternoon (1st Feb 2011) due to cyclone Yasi. Our offices are in a flood prone area, and our staff and equipment have all been moved to high ground!
Our thoughts and wishes are with all the people in the affected areas - best wishes and good luck to us all.
While our offices are closed, phones will not be answered. However, email and support requests can still be sent to

- however if you can hold non-essential requests that would be greatly appreciated.
Our client website assets will not be affected at all - they are all safe in a datacenter in Sydney with multiple redundancy options.
At this stage we do not know exactly when we will be returning to normal operation - we appreciate your patience and wish the best for all those affected. |
