Small Business Online
Written by Robert Rutten

tv-over-whiteThe new  program is starting in Far North Queensland.  In a nutshell, it is a federally funded program that pays for an approved consultant to come and spend some time with you to help you with your online business. This can be to help get you online, or to help you refine and improve your online marketing.

The program is being run in the area by two different organisations, depending on where you are based.

Coastal Areas

For business's on the coast between Cooktown to Mission Beach (Including Cairns and Port Douglas) you can get involved in the program via Whitesource Pty Ltd.

To get the process started - you should register online for the introductory seminar that will be held on March 2nd. I will be speaking at that seminar (both the morning and afternoon sessions). This will help give you all the background details and you will be able to apply for the actual consultations after the seminar.

You can register for the seminar online if you are in these geographic areas.

Tablelands and Gulf-Savannah

For business's based on the tablelands and Gulf-savannah region - please visit the Gulf Savannah Development Corporation - more details will be available on their website soon.

Work Experience at RuttenTech

Along with this I have learnt many great skills (including the art of making a good coffee).

2009 Holiday Hours & Contacts
Written by Robert Rutten

Another year has come and gone, and RuttenTech would like to wish you the best for the holidays this year. It has been a big year for us, with Joyce joining the team (full time), some office renovations, new customer support software, REAL holidays for all our staff (first time ever!) and of course, LOTS of websites!

Holiday Office Hours

We will be closing the office over the Christmas period, from the 22nd of December to the 2nd of January. So, in other words the last day we will be in the office is Friday 19th of December, and we will be back in the office and raring to go on the 5th of January.

Holiday Support Services
Of course, we will be monitoring our servers and systems during that period. If you have any queries or support issues during this period we will only be able to provide support via our Customer Support Portal.
