If you are one of our (wonderful) clients, then at some stage you will be starting to get emails from the newest member of our team... "The RuttenTech Invoice Robot" As part of our new systems, the invoice robot is starting with sending out our renewal notices - in time we will be expanding the facilities to include collecting payments and you will have your own "client area" that you can log in and manage your accounts and request support.

Recently, the suppliers of our Brisbane Datacenter facilites have decided to reduce their SLA's - unfortunately this happened with short notice and we had to make a tough decision, and we have started migrating our servers from Brisbane to a larger, more secure Sydney based datacenter.
The impact should be minimal, as we are doing all the techno-geek wizardry in the background to make things move across smoothly. However, if you are experiencing any problems with email or web access, please contact us (by phone!) and we will look into it.
